POLITEKS is a sock manufacturer in Riga, Latvia. We have been working since 1991 and produce socks under the customer’s brand for companies, shops and wholesale buyers.
The minimum order is 100 pairs in one colour, design and size.A small batch lets you test a new model and demand before a larger order.
How the minimum order is calculated
The 100-pair minimum applies to each separate combination of colour, design and size. Different variants can be combined into one order, but each of them must meet this minimum.
- One design, one colour, one size — from100 pairs.
- One design, one colour, three sizes — from300 pairs: 100 pairs of each size.
- One design, two colours, two sizes — from400 pairs: 100 pairs of each colour and size combination.
This way you can start with one model, test its sales and then expand the range.
Which socks you can order
We produce business cotton, terry, bamboo and wool socks. We help you choose the model and material for your task and agree the design for knitting.
Composition, sizes and available colours are confirmed when preparing the offer.
What is included in the price
- Design development— we help prepare the sock artwork from your idea or logo.
- Pre-production sample for approval from a photo— before the batch is launched.
- Sock productionaccording to the approved sample.
- Sewing on customer labels— you provide the finished labels.
- Packing in transport boxesof 150 pairs; the last box may be incomplete.
Delivery is calculated separately. Making the labels themselves is not included in the sewing service.
Prices for small-batch sock production
Below are base prices per pair. The final calculation for the chosen model and the batch split by designs, colours and sizes is confirmed in the commercial offer.

The price includes packing in transport boxes and sewing on the labels you provide. Bamboo model prices are confirmed on request.
With a small run, production preparation costs are spread over fewer pairs. Therefore, as the batch grows, the price per pair goes down.
How the order works
- You send a request.Specify the model, design, colours, sizes, number of pairs and delivery country.
- We agree the terms.We confirm the composition, cost, production and delivery times.
- You approve the sample.We develop the design and provide a photo of the pre-production sample. If needed, a physical sample can be ordered.
- We produce the batch.The order is launched after the sample is approved and the 50% prepayment is received.
- You pay the balance, we ship the order.The remaining 50% is paid before shipment.
The ready-to-ship date is agreed before the order is launched, taking into account the model and batch volume.
Frequent questions about small batches
Can I order 100 pairs in several colours or sizes?
No. The minimum is 100 pairs in one colour, design and size. For example, two sizes of one design and colour require at least 200 pairs: 100 pairs of each size.
Are design development and the sample free?
Yes. Design development and the pre-production sample for approval from a photo are free.
Can I get a physical sample?
Yes. If a photo is not enough for approval, a physical sample is available for 65 EUR plus shipping. When the order is placed, the 65 EUR paid is counted towards the batch cost.
Can I repeat an order?
Yes. You can reorder an agreed model. The price of a repeat batch is calculated based on quantity, materials and current production conditions.
What are the payment terms?
Prepayment is 50% before production starts. The remaining 50% is paid before shipment. Prices on this page are excl. VAT.
Where do you deliver orders?
We arrange delivery across the European Union and beyond. Availability, cost and time of delivery to your address are confirmed when calculating the order.
Is delivery included in the price?
No. Sample delivery and finished-order delivery are paid separately.
