2. Data we collect and why

When you submit the contact form, we may receive your name, email address, country, selected sock model, message and an optional design or logo file. We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer and continue communication about a possible order.

Required fields are necessary for us to contact you. Without them, we may be unable to process the enquiry.

3. Legal basis

We process the data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract if one is concluded, and for our legitimate interests in customer communication, website security and protection against spam or abusive submissions.

4. Retention and recipients

We keep data only for as long as necessary to answer the enquiry, continue business discussions or comply with legal obligations. Access is limited to POLITEKS personnel and service providers supporting hosting, email, technical maintenance or anti-spam protection. We do not sell personal data.

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the applicable GDPR safeguards are used.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, or object to processing where the GDPR provides these rights. Send requests to politeks@politeks.lv. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate if you believe your data is processed unlawfully.
