What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for knitted socks is 100 pairs per design/color/size. See orders from 100 pairs or read the detailed MOQ answer.
What sizes can I order?
Our standard sizes are 10–12, 19–22, 23–26, 27–30, 31–34, 35–37, 38–40, 39–42, 43–45 and 46–48. The size range can be adapted to the order; read the detailed sizing answer and see how the order process works.
What materials are used?
Depending on the sock model, we use bamboo yarn, OEKO-TEX certified cotton, polyamide or merino wool. Learn more in the detailed materials answer and on our production technology page.
What are the payment terms?
A 50% prepayment is required, with the remaining 50% due before shipment. All prices exclude VAT. Read the detailed payment answer and see starting prices.
Are there any design limitations?
For knitted designs, avoid very small elements, thin lines and small lettering. We review each design individually; read the detailed design answer and see how the process works.
Can I customise the height of the socks?
Yes, you can choose your preferred height for knitted socks. See the detailed height answer and how an order is agreed.
Can I approve a sample before production?
Yes. Before production we make a pre-production sample and send you its photo for approval. If a photo is not enough, we can send the physical sample: it costs EUR 65 and that amount counts as a deposit if you go on to order the socks. Sample shipping is not included in the price.
Can you add my labels and pack the socks?
Labels supplied by the customer are sewn on. The listed prices include packing the socks in boxes.
How are larger and repeat orders quoted?
For orders of 1,000 pairs or more, we prepare an individual quotation. We also calculate the cost individually for larger batches and regular orders.
Where can orders be delivered?
Orders are delivered within the European Union and worldwide. Please include the destination in your enquiry so we can prepare the appropriate quotation.
Is delivery included in the price?
No. Shipping of the sample and shipping of the finished order are not included in the price and are calculated separately.
